The Awareness Intelligence Program (AIP) is designed to develop qualities of positive intention, awareness, empathy, kindness, and compassion. AIP integrates traditional contemplative practices with contemporary psychology and scientific research on happiness, mindfulness, compassion and health.
The process of cultivating Awareness Intelligence involves training our mind, developing specific skills in how we relate to ourselves and others, and intentionally choosing appropriate thoughts, words and actions.
AIP goes beyond feeling more empathy and concern for others. It includes the development of the strength to deal with challenges, the courage to take compassionate and meaningful action. These qualities support a wide range of goals, from improving social relationships to making a positive difference in the world. AI Program offers immediate access to once own powerful inner resources for insight, transformation, and healing as an occasion for one’s true genius.
The Awareness Intelligence programs aim to accommodate a large variety of needs and deliver our offers in a flexible way. A typical AI training course will consist of a series of 90 minute sessions (usually 8x), taking place once a week. In addition, participants will be encouraged to engage in short self-directed activities to establish Awareness Intelligence training on a daily basis.

8-week program A full program, comprising of eight 90-minute sessions taking place once a week. A program structured in this way is best suited to provide participants with deeper understanding of Awareness Intelligence and to accommodate the approach into their everyday live.
One week program An intensive program, comprising of eight 90-minute sessions taking place everyday for five to seven days. A program structured in this way is best suited to support participants in introducing a Awareness Intelligence - based approach into their daily activities
Tailor-made continuous support and follow-up sessions Depending on the requirements specific arrangements for ongoing support and/or follow-up sessions can be arranged
E-support via the internet It is also possible to provide continuous support via the internet by creating a virtual space for participants of these courses which allows them to interact, discuss an receive further support from a course facilitator
